Licensed Brokerage Partners

You know the properties.
We create the demand.

Extended Escape partners with licensed brokerages who manage the lease. We handle brand, marketing, guest sourcing, and concierge. Two agreements with the same owner — both paid directly by them. No money moves between us.

30+ Day minimum stays
2–6 Turnovers per year
9% EE marketing fee — paid by owner
How it works

Two agreements.
One result.

The owner engages your brokerage for all licensed activity. The same owner separately engages Extended Escape for brand, marketing, and guest experience. No money moves between EE and your brokerage — ever.

01
Your brokerage handles the lease

You contract with the owner for all licensed activity — leasing, property management, deposit handling, and local compliance. The owner pays your management fee directly to your brokerage.

02
EE handles brand and demand

Extended Escape contracts separately with the same owner for photography, listing production, marketing, guest screening, reservations, and concierge. The owner pays our fee directly. Nothing flows between us.

03
Owner earns more than a lease

Vetted occupants on 30-day-plus stays, as few as 2–6 turnovers per year, and a calendar filled by EE's demand engine. At roughly 19% all-in, the owner keeps the furnished premium without the nightly-rental burden.

Division of labour

You do what only
a licence allows.

EE is not a brokerage and does not act as one. The structure keeps each party doing exactly what they are qualified — and authorised — to do.

Common questions

What brokerages
ask us first.

Does EE approach our owner clients directly?

No. Your brokerage relationship remains entirely yours. EE's agreement with the owner is for marketing and hospitality services only — your brokerage holds the lease, the deposit, and the management relationship.

What if the listing won't move?

That's exactly the conversation to have with us. A property sitting unsold can often generate meaningful monthly income through Extended Escape while the owner waits for market conditions to improve.

Does anything operational land on our desk?

Nothing from the guest side. EE handles all guest screening, inquiries, reservations, and concierge. Your brokerage manages the lease and owner relationship — the work you already do, on longer-stay inventory.

Is there an exclusivity requirement?

No minimum commitment, no quota, no exclusivity. Partner on one property or a portfolio. Continue listing and selling as you always have — EE adds a managed income stream alongside your existing business.

Who are the guests?

Vetted remote professionals, relocating executives, traveling clinicians, and families between homes. Named, purpose-verified occupants on a signed lease — not anonymous booking codes. Every guest is screened by EE before the owner approves.

What does it cost to partner?

Nothing. No joining fee, no subscription. Your brokerage earns its management fee directly from the owner — EE earns its marketing fee the same way. We only make money when the property is occupied.
